A fee-based system of dirt roads and expanding singletrack. The single track that they have is great fun, it would just be better if there were more of it.
This is the sight of the famous 24 Hours of Great Glen, and also home to a weekly time trial series, which showcases some of its best singletrack.

Mostly flat-ish trails and dirt roads, but some gnarly single track and brutal rocks and roots off the main trails. Nice views, good signage and nice helpful people at the lodge
