A winding dirt path surrounded by lush green grass and shrubs, with a few pink flowers visible along the sides, leading through a natural landscape under a partly cloudy sky. The Thicket mountain bike trail.

The trail is a big circle and has many intersection points. Will update once I have a better understanding of the trails.

Getting there
Starts at the very top of the hill and follow the trail on the left of the fence (1 of 2) down the hill, cross the bridge and take a left. You will pass a tree with a trail under, and then take a left into the trail that goes between 2 near vertical rocks.

Fun trail with lots of various features from small climbs, small drop ins to a few turns, couple of large jumps, and just good mellow trail. So if you wanna just cruise or go big, this trail can help.

Low mileage but fun single track in Harlingen. Recent improvements have opened up some new areas and added a few jumps and a berm. Well worth exploring.

Some sections are advanced. Big double jump at the end of a steep downhill I considered advanced. Lots of paved double track for beginners as well as some gravel sections. Some cool down hill and up hill single track to the West side of main trail for the more adventurous. Something for every skill level. A great trail system for mountain biking in Harlingen

I will be updating the trails once I have walked all the paths that are connected. I will do my best to make a continuous ridable trail out of all the intersections.
