Did this for the first time today, didnt see another soul on the whole route.

Huge fun in the Beast section, some of the forest sections are really lumpy and tiresome but get through these and the reward is the beast..

Free parking at Brandon Country Park, follow the blue route back to High Lodge for a nice warm up.

good after work 10 mile loop. when it is wet it can be a bit of a pain in the woods but all and all the best thing i have found so far in east anglia

nice basic trail, the faster you go the more tech it gets. can get busy in summer though

not too bad. it is harder wet of course which it was for most of the weekend. not very technical for the most part. the beast is the funnest part of the whole loop. i would go and park at lot 10 past elveden.

Not bad, suffers from being a little too flat, but that's norfolk for you. Bomb craters make a nice if brief distraction from trail. "The Beast" is the short downhill section towards the end, good fun and there are a few routes down to try.

Really good fun, for beginners or experts, despite the silly names for different sections. Try and go during the week - at weekends there are loads of families.
