Mountain Biking Hillsboro State Trail
#359 of 388 mountain bike trails in Wisconsin
Hillsboro State Trail is a family-friendly dirt rail trail that branches off of the much larger 400 State Trail. The Hillsboro Trail is mostly nice for family groups not wanting to deal with the logistics of shuttling a segment of the 400 State Trail. Instead, this offers a compact out and back with Hillsboro, an actually town, at one end for a easy fuel up.

From the small town of Wonwac, head west on State Highway 33. Once you are almost to Union Center, turn right into the dirt parking lot on the other side of the road from the Land O Lakes Butter building. The trail should be on the right side of the building.
