#108 of 1,216 mountain bike trails in Washington

Go up via singletrack or road, and then descend via singletracks. The area is fairly unexplored with lots of potential. Watch out for rattlesnakes, particularly at the entrance. Also be mindful that the area contains cougars.

Perfect level of intensity for this novice. Killer on the way up, outstanding views. Tons of wildflowers (spring/summer). Didn't encounter anyone else while I was up there which was ideal. Nice mix of shady and sunny spots. Plenty of parking, and easy directions. Stop at Thorp fruit stand for a coffee or beer post ride.
