Mountain Biking Jones Creek
#166 of 1,216 mountain bike trails in Washington
HOLD ON TIGHT!!! It’s all downhill from here! - Seriously, be careful trail terrain can be pretty extreme in places, (large loose rocks, loose gravel, tight corners, and dips) all while flying down a mountain. ***CAUTION these are ATV trails*** be sure to listen up for ATV riders and get out of the way ASAP!!! They like going fast too. Also be sure to were all of the appropriate safety gear including knee pads (If you crash you\'ll need it). I highly do NOT recommend riding this trail during high traffic times like weekends or Friday after five o\'clock. Enjoy and remember no guts, no glory.

Head east on SR-14 from Vancouver, take the SE 192nd Ave exit; take a right when you come to NE 13th st. follow this road. *this road will change from NE 13th st. to NE 28th st. to NE Brunner Rd.* before the road takes a hard right. Directly after that corner take a Left on to NE Blair Rd. take Left at NE Reilly Rd. then a Right at NE Ireland Rd. and then a left on to NE Lessard Rd. follow this road *road turns to gravel* take left on L-1600 or towards Jones Creek riding area parking lot. From here you can either choose to continue up L-1600 road to the top of Larch Mtn. careful, theirs lots of turn off's, stick to the main road until you reach upper rock pit (approx. 4 miles) and then ride down one of the many trails leading down the mountain or you could just park in the Jones creek lot and bike up from the lower trail heads.
