Mountain Biking Katoski Green Belt
#76 of 96 mountain bike trails in Iowa
Mostly narrow double track green belt trail along the Blackhawk Creek. There are several spurs and loops off of the main Green Belt trail that extends from the Waterloo Dog Park on Ansborough Ave to the terminus just south of Shaulis Rd, West of Hwy 63. Trails are void of major elevation changes but have some short, easy climbs. Drinking water can be obtained from a fountain at the Dog Park parking lot. There are also parking lots on the North and South sides of Ridgeway Ave, Ranchero Rd, and Shaulis Rd.
