Mountain Biking Kennedys Bush Track

*   Add a review
#124 of 193 mountain bike trails in South Island
#11,767 in the world

Kennedys Bush Track is neither in the bush nor a purpose built mountain bike track. It's an old four wheel drive track that connects the Summit Road to the Crocodile Track.
Coming down from the top it's very bumpy for the first kilometre, and then it mellows out and becomes a fast straight descent. After about 10 minutes you'll join the Crocodile Track which is bendy and interesting.
Going up it's a steep training ride - a way to get up to the action along the Summit Road. It comes out about two kilometres from the amazing Flying Nun Track.
