Getting there
head up the A710 from glasgow into dumfries then follow the signs for newton stewart and once you are in the newton stewart area follow the signs for the kirrough bike track.

    I loved this trail, was a bit of a longer ride but always exciting. Gives a very nice balance of XC, short flowy downhill bits, and tech riding. Can't wait to come back some day.

    Another of the famous 7 stanes trail centres. Worth a trip. Red trail is excellent with climbs, flow and technical sections. Recent upgrade to part of red trail has great berms and swooping turns.

    I think there's something here for everyone. Don't let rain keep you away, or you may never ride in Scotland. They have a sort of gravel that sustains the trails. Def stuff for advanced riders, but intermediate riders enjoy too. They do their parks right with showers and cafes at the bottom.
