***   Add a review
#143 of 323 mountain bike trails in Michigan
#5,224 in the world

The trail system is made up of a white a blue and a yellow trail. They are each around 2 miles and have some obstacles and pretty fun downhill areas and a couple climbs. Overall good trail for all for a few quick fun miles!

This trail is around the block from my house so I ride here often. This trail is a good time. Has 3 different loops that cross multiple times so you can mix and match where you go to stay entertained. The Red and Yellow are alot of fun, the blue is the longest and has some areas that are flat and to me kinda boring. Over all of all the trails I have ridden this is still my favorite, it is not anything fancy, just a lot of fun.

These trails have real potential to be good however it has been quite some time sense they have received any TLC and the weathering is really starting to show. Water running down from the hilltops has eroded the trail in many places and there are fallen trees in places that cannot be ridden over and force you to dismount and carry your bike. The red trail is probably in the best condition due to it receiving the most traffic, mainly from hikers, and the blue is in by far the worst condition being almost completely overgrown in places.
While on the blue trail I came upon an unmarked corner which turned out to be where a game trail met with the bike trail with both directions appearing to have about the same amount of wear. I chose wrong and ended up dead ended in a thick bit a woods that was not fun trying to navigate out of. With just a bit of work this could be really good place to ride.

It's needing some repair, a lot is starting to get overgrown and one of the bridges is broken, can't really tell until too late that it's broken. But hey it's Owosso and better than nothing

Rode here 8/30/16 it's overgrown but still rideable, has a couple broken wood bridges, not bad but not worth traveling for.

If you are looking for a legit MTB trail ( as I was) and have a bad feeling about trying this one (as I did) please listen to that feeling (as I didn't). Trees down, overgrown, not much fun. Thing is, it seems that someone really tried to make this decent, but it was years ago. Could be decent with some breaking in and maintenance.

Really nice trail. Not overly technical. A lot of fun, its fast and zippy. Big hill is a lot of fun! Good for a short fun ride with the family.

Good trail for a first time rider. BLUE, YELLOW, and RED trail are marked fairly well. NO white trail like the description says.
