Leaquana is alright, I go there because it is the closest to my home. Majority of it is two lane gravel or grass with virtually no obstacles. There is one beginner style single track which is pretty fun. I recently found a steep, rutted and rocky "down hill" area that is labeled as an equestrian trail. That's a lot of fun but short.
