Mountain Biking Langdale Park Trail System
#214 of 403 mountain bike trails in Georgia
The Best place to ride in south Ga. The park consist of Main Double track trails A-I that lead off into single track trails. Most of the single track are unmarked and can be pretty technical, but there are others along the river that are pretty mild.

From I-75 Exit 22 take North Valdosta Rd going into the city, turn right on Hyta Mederer Dr. into the Entrance of Langdale Park and Volia!
Severely neglected. More like...what trails? Even the road to the trailhead was washed out. I didn't think my 4-wheel-Drive SUV would get through some of the ruts. Could be fun with a lot of maintenance.
Thank |Trail could be more enjoyable. It needs a bit of a bush hog to clean up the trails.
Thank |The park itself isn't closed but the trails may as well be. It the words of my President "place is a shithole"
Thank |Trail is closed city has property up for sale
Thank |Unkempt and overgrown. No singletrack here. Barely a workout.
Thank |Rode this trail system today is not bad lots of roots and banana spiders but probably the best down here in Valdosta
Thank |Easy mtb/running trails in south GA. Watch out for roots, bugs, water, and kids making out in cars. It's all in what you make of it. Bridges are in ok shape. Trail markers are still kinda visable. Good for quick rides after work.
Thank |Sorry gave them five stars by mistake should be -5 stars
Thank |This trail is deplorable and because of ramp disrepair and no trail maintenance it is also dangerous. The city of Valdosta should be embarrassed. The bugs are horrendous as the other review stated as well. Has potential, too bad could be a great recreational opportunity for the city. Oh well they'll never learn.
Thank |Barely worth riding even if you live nearby as it's maybe 2-3 miles of "trail". Hasn't been maintained in quite some time and the bugs alone almost made this unrideable. IF you go, go early in the morning or wait until fall/winter. NOT technical at all and poorly marked. * Review edited 7/1/2012
Thank |Will Valdosta City get mad if we modify this stuff at all? With berm and skinnys. I am just cursious. I rode their about 4 years ago because I was just new to hear and was living at The Links and it sucked.
Thank |This review is for the parks main trail system, as we start to cut more and name the trails we will do individual reviews on each trail. Trust me there are some trails in the park that are not for the inexperienced ;)* Review edited 6/11/2011* Review edited 6/11/2011
