East end of Larose Forest which is 27000 acres big. P4 Newer section in conjunction with OMBA have completed amazingly manicured winding trails with banked corners and signage at each intersection . An OMBA membership is required to ride those trails.  Overall section 13 kilometers approximately. Trails wind through pine forests and along the edges of ravines. Minimal elevation. P6 is south down the road and is moto x enduro style trails maintained by Ontario motorcycle clubs. No signs in this area .

    P4 area -5 star resort trails well laid out and trail map at every intersection.
    Sections build up from sand and have frozen footprints throughout .
    Puddles are now ice covered and very slippery but banked corners can be used . Lightly covered in snow
    Fat bikes only during winter
    P6 for motor cycles - rough single track torn up by moto x bikes many trees down and many broken bridges to cross small streams .
    Ice throughout - great for full suspension fat bike
