Mountain Biking Lauderale State Park
#138 of 301 mountain bike trails in New York
the trail is a web like network of small and long trails from .3 to 1.5 miles long that can be rode continuously connecting the trails. I would recommend using a suspension bike especially for your first time on these trails because they are very rough with tree roots sticking up and lots of small climbs and long drops.

starting from the redlight in the town of cambridge ny head north for about five miles from the redlight and the park will be on your right shortly after passing a restaurant called mommas which is on your left.
the trail has a lot of small climbs that lead to amazing downhills with lots of technical turns and the farther you get into the network of trails the better the trails get.
