A wooden boardwalk leading through a lush forest with tall trees and green grass. Sunlight filters through the canopy, casting shadows on the ground. The scene conveys a peaceful, natural environment. Laurier Woods mountain bike trail.

Areas closest to parking are wide and smooth but the further outwards you travel , less manicured and a bit more challenging
Plenty of flat rock to play on and a new section of trails have been added in which are also a bit more technical

    I guess I am a kid - I had fun :-)
Given that I am a novice to mountain biking, I can say that some areas are a very rocky, but the main trails are mainly loose dirt, flat rocks and roots. Not a lot of elevation change. The width varies from one to two feet.
A lot of fun for a 30 minute lunch break.

Main trail is a double track loop that will keep the kids happy the technical off shoots are where the fun is.
