North park loop at sports complex still large amounts of wet and muddy areas especially on north sides , resulting in excessive mosquitoes. Lions valley park side trails dry . Interesting area with lots to side single track off shoots explore

City owned and maintained pathways around the park, good for training / cardio work out, two large climbs at Uppermiddle and Dundas Lots of people and dogs out walking, little single track sections off the main trail here and there, but not marked or maintained.

Mostly gravel walking trails. Some nice hills for training. 9km loop with a few short single track offshoots. Here's a Strava ride around most of the trails - https://www.strava.com/activities/358201435
