Mountain Biking Los Alacranes
#13 of 95 mountain bike trails in Mexico
It starts with a legs burning climb of about 1.5 miles and after that a sweet single track. Before the end you'll get to a dam that you will have to climb before going to the end of the Loop.

20 minutes apart from Queretaro. Drive to Mompani town, you can get there taking the bypass road to Sta Rosa Jauregui. Once you get to Mompani continue driving for 1 more mile to Tlacote el Alto, where the trail starts.
Two years from the last time I rode this trial. I was forgotten how fun was the singletracks at the 2nd middle of the loop. Be prepared for the initial climb, nothin easy!
