Mountain Biking Lumpy Bumpy

*****   Add a review
#54 of 111 mountain bike trails in New Jersey
#4,441 in the world

Lumpy Bumpy is a crazy singletrack trail in the Allamuchy North trail system. It is unmarked, so it is hard to find. The trail is for experts only, and I recommend riding it with a dual suspension bike. It has many huge rock rollers and 180 turns, with some crazy rock gardens at the bottom of the trail.

Getting there
To get to Lumpy Bumpy: Start at Sussex Branch parking lot off of Waterloo Road. Either ride on the white trail and make a right onto the green trail or ride up the sussex branch trail and make a left onto the green trail (aka Wavie Willie). Once on the last part of the green trail, make the first right onto an unmarked trail. The entrance of Lumpy Bumpy will be on the right of this trail.
