This is a good trail for beginners to get some good miles in. There are not really any obstacles or elevation changes that would cause any trouble, just nice mostly flat singletrack that can be an out and back or linked with Tung Nut loop for extra miles and more of a challenge.

The bike trailhead is different from the hiking trailhead entrance. Take I-75 to US 441 (exit 399) and drive Southeast for 2.8 miles (through the city of Alachua). Turn South (right) onto Progress Blvd and drive 0.7 miles to park entrance. Pay your $4 day use fee and follow the grade road on the right to the bike trailhead. Address: 13201 Progress Blvd, Alachua, FL 32615
Mellow trail with gradual elevation change. Can be fun with speed when heading back to main TH.
Thank |Nice little trail for entire family to enjoy.
Thank |This trail is quite horrid in the summertime. It's a big open field in the sun and it seems like they just take you back and forth to go up a couple of hills for no reason. Not really any good flow, rhyme, or reason. I'd skip it and hit some of the other trails here that run deep into the forest. Not worth the wasted effort when you can ride other better stuff further into the system like tung nut, conquistador and cane brake.
Thank |Nice singletrack that is suitable for beginners. Some nice views of San Felasco. There is not much in the way of a challenge with this trail but it can be linked with Tung nut to make a nice loop.
