95% singletrack being a mix of tight to some free-flowing sections. No lung/leg burning climbs but several short steep ones that after a couple laps will leave you tired. All rideable with no scary technical stuff. Good place to work on technical speed. Cat 2 level riders should be able to average about 8 mph ( /-).

Pretty easy trail. Good for beginners and someone with some skills. I enjoyed it.

Good place to work on speed in tight singletrack. Several rooty and/or rocky sections. Some short, steep climbs. Mostly singletrack. The trail will not beat you up physically (due to rough terrain) as much as Cameron Park. Recommend starting at the playground parking lot on Park Road 1 and riding Red, Green & Blue loops. Those 3 together are about 3 3/4 to 4 miles. There is a newer section across Park Road 1 from the Rec trail that adds maybe 3/4 mile. Plus a yellow offshoot from the back side of the Red trail - it is and out-and-back however. Trail was designed to be ridden in a clockwise direction and obviously flows best in that direction, but can be ridden CCW. Overall a fun ride and nice alternative to Cameron Park.
