This is the newest block in the extensive Eskdale Mountain Bike Park. The trails are good but there is something not so good about them that I can't put my finger on. I think they must waste altitude because you seem to spent too much time climbing. But if you like steeply down-swooping berms you'll be happy - there are plenty of those. The best track is probably Olivers Twist. It twists and turns through deep flowing berms and there are nice rollers as well as a few jumps and unexpected surprises. It's one of the best intermediate trails you'll find anywhere.
The trails are spread out over a large area so you'll need the map first time up even though it will probably be out of date - the local club keep adding new tracks. All the trails are well sign posted. About half are one way. It's a visitor-friendly place.
