Mountain Biking Minor's Rock
#53 of 206 mountain bike trails in Arkansas
Minor's Rock is one of four trails in the Lake Leatherwood Park. The trail surface is mostly hard packed with some loose gravel. The terrain is mostly level after a moderate 1/2 mile climb at the beginning, if ridden clockwise, and a nice downhill close to the end. The trail is entirely singletrack, except for the East side, which is the Lake Leatherwood Park road. I prefer to ride the trail clockwise.

From Eureka Springs, drive West on U.S. Highway #62 about 2 miles to the entrance of Lake Leatherwood Park. Turn right into the park entrance and proceed to the parking areas near the lake.
Great steady trail once you reach the top, holds onto a good elevation. Endurance climb at first.
