Mountain Biking Mission Peak
#564 of 1,004 mountain bike trails in California
a fire road most of the way with some singletrack . hiking trail from north is too steep and rocky. follow trail to the left around back and come up south side. the last 1/4 mile is a good steep rocky technical climb. a great view of the bay worth the climb. good after work.

take mission blvd exit off I 680 to ohlone college watch where you park, during school year park on mission. follow paved road up hill, trail starts near pool.
This is not a mountain bike trail. It's a hiking trail/fire road. Mountain bikes shouldn't really be on this trail. I rode it on advice from a friend. It's not a good trail to be on. There are too many hikers.
Thank |Head up from Ohlone trail which is at the top of Ohlone College. Decent is rocky at first, then you reach a fire road, then its single track, then you hit a wide but rocky path all the way to the bottom. Watch out for people it can get crowded
