This is the first time I have come out to this park to mountain bike and knowing the terrain of the area this could end up being an epic trail system for the area. The first segment that is complete is hard for me to judge the difficulty on as it is built around all my current weaknesses. Around halfway through the loop you come to the peak of the trail and depending on the direction it is either a rolling climb to the top or a steep incline the other direction. The entire trail from this point rolls up and down through the loop. It is filled with a few sharp turns no matter which way you go so expect downhill cornering. The trail itself seems fairly smooth with a few lines that would allow you to catch some air.
This trail is nothing but a challenge for me as I have not really mastered cornering and downhill so it is a little out of my league. Here is hoping segment 2 will add a little more tech to the trail system.
