From Atlanta, head north on I-75 and get off at exit 267B toward Marietta. Make a right on Cobb Parkway/Ga 3 and head north for approximately 9.5 miles. Make a left on Mars Hill Rd. Continue 1.5 miles until you make a right on County Line Rd/Old Stilesboro Rd. After about 0.2 miles, turn right into the parking area off of Old Stilesboro Road. This parking area is the most central to all trails in this system.
First time riding in 20+ years, took my 14yr old daughter out. We had a blast, intermediate level is spot on. Definitely gonna make this a regular thing!
Thank |Perfect conditions
Thank |Awesome flowy left right berms
Fun
What a fun trail! I definitely loved it.
Thank |I'd rate it beginner/intermediate, based on both technical difficulty and climbs, which was perfect for me. Great banked corners and lots of fun.
It's listed as 'Intermediate' but I would say it's fairly easy. Nice flow and well maintained. Good warm-up loop.
Thank |Awesome flowy singletrack. Berms and tables throughout the trail. Probably the best example of new school flow trail in the state. Its a blast.
Thank |Nice, challenging course.
Thank |Great trail with lots of berms and rollers.
Thank |Good intermediate trail for "experienced" beginner and up. Counter clockwise starts with fairly steep climb. Clockwise climb is longer, but not as steep. Includes some fast sections and the advanced Voodoo and Hocus Pocus trails extend off Mumbo Jumbo. One of the shorter trails at Allatoona, but worth riding!
Thank |Easy trail with good flow. Nice warm up trail before you do Voodoo or others at 'Toona.
Thank |Mumbo Jumbo is a fun ride. If you ride Saturday the counter-clockwise direction gives you a short, steep climb with a cut back or two immediately into the ride. Nothing overly technical. Couple of man-made obstacles and a few log piles to traverse but not hard.
Thank |This is a great trail for balance challenges with clusters of log piles, boulders, balance beams and tree bridges winding through the some tight wooded areas.
Thank |Did this after rusty bucket & masons loop to get some more riding in. Was fun & good. Will try it 1st next time on my way to voodoo.
Thank |I'm a beginner and enjoyed this trail. It's pretty short, but there are plenty of other trails to ride here.
Thank |A nice quick trail with a few decent climbs. I used Mumbo Jumbo as a "warm up" ride since it was 2 miles, but if ridden a couple times, you could get a pretty good workout. Since its new, it'll be interesting to see how it will ride in a few months. SORBA West GA did a great job with this trail!
Thank |Like last review says this trail is new and needs some riding on it to break it in. It is going to be a fun flowing type of trail but not sure I'd call it a beginner trail? There are a couple of climbs that I would say might push a beginner a little, but not too technical though. Trail is what gets you to Voodoo (which was a fun trail with obsticle features) a nice addition to the Allatoona Creek trails.
Thank |The Mumbo is still relatively new. Trails are still soft, so climbing was a little more of a chore (and haven't ridden in two months). Should be a good track once it firms up a bit. Good flow.
