Technical. Lots of little rocks. Trails have had a lot of work done recently and most are being ridden enough but a few are overgrown (Rough Roots). It for beginners.

Returning from the ride there was even a trail map left under my wipers by a local rider Bill that had noticed my truck with a bike rack It included the best directions to travel and even a number to text or call for more trail info or question. That's outstanding !

Amazing area also known as North Shore. Large network of trails and with proper planning of directions you can put together numerous runs across loose and flat rock and wind down the mountain sides within close proximity to service roads. Area was damp after recent rain fall , but rocks and moss were not slippery . Great job by the clubs that came up with the layout and maintain the area

A must ride if you are in the North Bay Area. Some pretty technical rocky sections, but still lots of flowing section.
A twisted network of trails making route finding a little difficult, try to get a local guide if you can.

Great technical trails.. Recently rained so trails were damp still but otherwise in great shape.. Recommended for riders looking for a challenge.

A maze of over 64km of singletrack, minutes from North Bay. There are a few guys who live on Northshore road that keep the trails clean (bridge maintenance, skinny creation, log moving and even leafblowing!) all year round. It's a little rocky in places, but it adds to the technical requirments. The cycle shop in North Bay (Cycle Works) can provide a map of the lower trails, and directions if needed. Definitely recommend.
