Mountain Biking North Backbone

*****   Add a review
#234 of 1,383 mountain bike trails in Colorado
#1,974 in the world

This trail is 3.2 miles in one direction. You can either ride up to it via the singletrack and or you can access it by riding up CR 175 (Ute Trail). Both ends of this trail are at roughly the same elevation, so there are no serious climbs or descents along it. Still, the trail is rolling, so be prepared to do some pedaling!

North Backbone is very narrow and pretty technical in spots. There's exposure, tough turns, great views, rock gardens, tough climbs, sand, cliff overhangs, and more... enjoy!
