Mountain Biking Oakbrook Mountain Bike Trail

****   Add a review
#56 of 105 mountain bike trails in Indiana
#4,848 in the world

Tight and twisty trail through the woods. Not much elevation change. It has some interesting features and obstacles. Exiting the woods leads through grassy areas with nice lake views, and a long downhill section by the lake.

It's an awesome Singletrack that is an awesome workout! Especially through the open grass area of the trail with its decently steep climbs and the winding section along the incline. Though I do wish the trail was marked better due to all the alternate routes you can take within it. It can be a bit confusing to beginners who don't know what to look for.

No, I don't. Sorry! :) I was just out working on this trail an hour ago. I'll see if I can delete the odd pictures on here.

Does anyone know how to remove photos? I screwed up and unintentionally added a few.

Fast, busy ride through the woods. Not much elevation change and only small roots/rocks to contend. Does not appear to be heavily trafficked, and additional sections have lengthened the trail. Fun track to do a couple of laps quick.

Fun ride through the woods, followed by a winding jaunt through the grass. A complete lap is about 2.5 miles. Another nice option is going out and back in the woods, which is also about 2.5 miles. Nice views of the lake and woods. Lots of wildlife. Deers and bald eagles are often spotted.
