Mountain Biking Oka Run
#78 of 105 mountain bike trails in Indiana
This trail can be used as part of a loop of intermediate trails. To ride the loop, take the Walnut Connecter Trail from the parking lot for the Sycamore Trail. After 1.8 miles on the connector trail, take a right turn at the pond to ride the Walnut Trail. After 3.7 miles on the Walnut Trail, bear left to take the Oka Run Trail. After 1.3 miles, the trail comes back to the pond. (This loop as described, is in a CCW direction). The Oka Run Trail is a fun trail with a couple of short climbs. There are options off the trail for more advanced and technical riding. There's one creek crossing which may require a hike-a-bike.

Starts at the intersection of the Walnut Connector Trail at Walnut Pond. Ends where the trail joins the Walnut Trail. Trail length is about 1.3 miles. You can access the Oka Run Trail from the parking area for the Sycamore Trail. That parking lot is the main parking lot for the mountain bike trails. Take the Walnut Connecter Trail from the parking lot and after 1.8 miles or so, you will find the Walnut Pond and the beginning of the Oka Run Trail.
Fun trail with one hike-a-bike section over a creek crossing. The trail is a bit twisty and turny, but fun. Has a couple of side trails with obstacles and more advanced features. Can be joined with the Walnut Trail to form a loop and with the Walnut Connector Trail together with the Walnut Trail to create a lollipop configuration from the main parking mountain biking parking lot at Harmonie State Park. A solid, fun intermediate trail. Not terribly technical and a few short climbs.
