Rode this for the first time as part of the 2019 MOCO Epic. It's basically a trail that zigzags along a series of large power lines. This is nothing more than a way to get from Point A (SRT) to Point B (Muddy Branch) without riding on roads and that for purpose it's fine. But there's no tree canopy so it must be hot as blazes in the summer and frigid in the winter with nothing blocking the wind. I suspect it's also prone to a pretty bad freeze thaw cycle in the spring. All that said, this is preferable to riding the roads. It's also pretty cool that the power company supported the use of the land for MTBers.
