Start in Zurich, Hottinger Platz tram station. Take road up to a little park, where you hit a singlle trail that leads up to the Dolder swimming pool. Take doubletrack gravel road to a peak with a wooden platform. Stay right and head down to Witikon Unterdorf. Carry bike down the stairs (or bike if you can) to singletrail that leads along a little river back to Zurich Balgrist. Head back up along the next river to Sennhof. Head to Forch via Oberhub. Cross bridge that leads over highway, then climb to Guldenen. Stay right and head to a doubletrack. Take a right onto singletrack, cross road, and continue on singletrack along river all the way to Wangen. Take a left and climb on asphalt road to Forch, where you hit another doubletrack. Head back on doubletracks and singletracks to the platform and the Dolder swimming pool. Take singletrack back to Zurich.
