Mountain Biking Pinchot Park
#174 of 293 mountain bike trails in Pennsylvania
Relatively easy trails and only some are for mtn bikes. Ride along the lake using "lakeside trail" and some single track trails shoot off and make for some slightly more challenging but still rather easy trails. Some smaller rocks and roots on trails but a smooth line can usually be found.

North of York and South of Harrisburg. Along pa rt.177
Very easy ride, not very long with branches on the trails.
Thank |Tried riding these trails 26 Jul. Was stopped by park rangers and told almost all of the dirt trails are now off limits for mtb riding due to ecological restoration projects and an endangered turtle habitat area. Only paved roads and a small section of dirt trail in the southeast corner of the lake are authorized for bikes. This particular ranger said tickets will be issued after the 2nd warning. Nice place for hiking and the lake looks great.
