A serene view of a tranquil pond surrounded by trees, with a mix of barren branches and green foliage. The surface of the water is partially covered with green algae, reflecting the cloudy sky above. Fallen leaves cover the ground in the foreground, adding to the autumnal atmosphere. Pinery Provincial Park mountain bike trail.

Mountain Biking Pinery Provincial Park

***   Add a review
#126 of 308 mountain bike trails in Ontario
#6,689 in the world

The cycling trail is very flat with some rolling hills and a gravel or paved surface. Very accessible and family-friendly. The unmarked singletrack that runs through the back of the campground is technical but sometimes a little overgrown. Watch for poison ivy on these trails

Explored north side of Ausable river , through a subdivision with only sand side walks and no roads , water access only. Over all area dry and sandy

Extended ride down the frozen Beach to
Pinery Provincial Park . Lots of snow still with pathways we’ll packed by hikers but main roads still too loose and soft snow . Active Cross country ski trails through out

Great trail conditions being slightly wet with minimal snow covering on fallen leaves. Fat tires once again get you down the beach and across the sandy dunes

More exploration of south end revealing more trails and lots of hard packed sand due to recent rain to ride on . Large areas of forest with no trails that can be also be traversed and ridden ,numerous fallen trees though

Small rolling hills throughout with single and double track with gravel and paved service roads . Numerous Trails are currently leaf covered and smooth with some areas quite sandy . Many pathways cut through the sand down to the beach . Area is HUGE ! worked on 40% of the area and racked up 30 k.
