From Walden: Drive north 13 miles on Colorado Hwy 125 to the junction with Colorado Hwy 127. Follow Hwy 127 to the right, toward Kings Canyon and Laramie. Approximately 7 miles from the 125/127 junction, take Forest Road 895, the Camp Creek Road, to the west. The road crosses private land for the first 1/2 mile then enters the Forest. About 3 miles into the forest, the trailhead is located near the intersection of the Camp Creek and Pinkham Mountain roads (NFSRs 895 and 891). A variety of motorized trails are easily accessible from this site, including the Bear Draw and Pinkham Mountain OHV trails.
