    Trail is mostly sand...biking in sand sucks... Can't even walk in it.

    Major improvements still underway to nearby Rt 75 impacting the access to this area off Price Blvd. via Rain Tree Rd. and Yorkshire Blvd. Best when the crews are not there. Gravel and disheveled asphalt now covered with sand in long stretches.Still perfect place to be.

    A lot of sugar sand impairs speed. Good place to go and just cruise slow- there are some areas with roots/water/mud and a few jumps. Popular 4x4 and ATV area in North Port. Doubletrack.
