Frozen rock hard sand along the beaches and great trip around shoreline , slight ice build up on rock sections , amazingly scenic

Appears they do have no bikes posted in places - fortunately for me I didn’t see them until I was done 😁
Almost no area for mountain biking and is posted so. However, the lap areound the island is close 4km, scenic and a joy to be around with a bike land and slow traffic one way only. Super safe!
