#488 of 1,392 mountain bike trails in Colorado
Primer is a multi-use beginner trail that begins right off of the top of the chairlift.
It's pretty smooth and wide-open, but it is beautiful singletrack that is a ton of fun
to ride!

From the town of Crested Butte, drive north up the mountain on Hwy. 135 for
about 2 miles. Once in the town of Mount Crested Butte, just follow signs for
Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Park in one of the day parking areas.
Fun, easy trail from the top of Evolution.
