While Prospector isn't a very technical trail, it's quite a bit steeper than some of the other, similarly-smooth trails in the Arkansas Hills trail system. The trail either climbs steeply up from Sand Dunes to Uncle Nazty, or is a quick descent back down to Sand Dunes. There are some flowy turns, with a few switchbacks thrown in, but again, there aren't really any technical moves.
