Good for a mild endurance ride, especially after time off. The incline is fairly shallow and steady but still have to put some work into it at points. Couple of minor spurs to explore, and if so inclined, there's rock climbing activity about an hour up the trail. Great views looking down on 90, and with a pleasant lake at the starting point of the loop, it's all in all a nice way to spend a few hours (bring water, there's facilities, but didn't see any fountains).
