Mountain Biking Red Rock Regional Park
#223 of 300 mountain bike trails in Virginia
Two options a .5 mile trip to an overlook, or a .9 mile trip to the overlook, through many steep climbs and downhills. There are several narrow bridges to cross, lots of fallen trees to jump. Roots and rocks everywhere to traverse. There are also several intertwined trails that weave in and out of the main trails. Loose climbs made it difficult, as well as some tricky roots to deal with on some downhills. Fun ride, good after work

Off of Rt. 7 east of leesburg. Take River Creek Parkway until it turns into 2 lanes. Once you go around a bend to the left, the park entrance is on the right up a couple hundred yards.
I also believe this trail is off limits to MTB's but it is great for a good run.
Thank |I believe mountain bikes are not permitted on these trails.
