Mountain Biking Rimrock Trail
#19 of 44 mountain bike trails in South Dakota
This loop is best ridden clockwise. Start with a challenging climb to the top of the ridge. Then there's some seriously flowy singletrack across the top followed by a techncial descent to the creek, which you will follow back to the trailhead. Ths place has great atmosphere and is seldom visited.

From Spearfish, go south on 14A to Savoy. Go west on FSR222 for 4.7 miles to the trailhead. There is a campground there that makes a great base camp.
Fun trail. Very steep techy sections to get to the top and to descend back to the trailhead by the campground.
