Mountain Biking Ringle Trails

*****   Add a review
#49 of 388 mountain bike trails in Wisconsin
#2,252 in the world

New trail system for 2018. Total mileage will be 10-11 miles complete by 2019 with about 5-6 miles available to ride by late fall 2018.

Trail is a network of smaller loops that can be combined into one larger loop in 2019. First two trails, Rock the Wierzba and Ruby Ridge are fully machine constructed through the glacial terminal moraine ridges of Marathon County. Numerous jump, gap, drop features are scattered throughout the trail with all features being optional with a ride around if you want to keep your tires on dirt.

Trails are groomed for winter riding.

Awesome fun flow trails ! All features have ride around and there are plenty to progress on before sending the big jumps. Good signage and flow!

Depending on your skills, you can ride these as a 6-year old beginner, or as an advanced rider looking to do gap jumps. I don't have a lot of jumping skills, so I mostly stuck to riding the sweeping, flowy trails. I like to scout out jumps before trying them and these had so many side options on the trails, I found myself just avoiding them all as my first ride-through and then trying some. This would be an amazing trail to learn inside-out and then try out harder and harder jumps as your skills improve. Everything is well marked, and you never ride into a big jump/drop without knowing it's ahead. Makes for a day of fun.

Waste no time- head to Ringle in the New Year on your fat bike. These trails are fantastic, well marked and groomed. People are friendly, too. 5 stars and then some.

These trails are so cool! 100% flow in both directions. Professionally built with some crazy fun features. Great new trail! Only critique I would have is that the "drop" features could be made into some cool roller/jumps.
