This area is accessed via Cardiac/Purple Trail and an "unnamed trail", located on the top of the ridge. This trail is extremely technical and not recommended for beginners. The trails consists of Trail Obstacles. It is best ridden counter-clockwise.

To get to Rollie Pollie, turn left onto the purple trail (also called cardiac) coming from the white trail from the sussex branch trail and take the first right off of the purple trail.
