Mountain Biking Round Valley Recreation Area
#36 of 111 mountain bike trails in New Jersey
This is the Xterra "King Of The Hill" bike racing course. It's a mixture of rocky paths, single track and fire roads. There are a few long, technical, grueling climbs that will be challenging to even experienced riders, down hill through rock gardens and one really sweet single track section. Speed freaks beware: control your speed along the single track section as there's a drop off filled with thorn bushes! - ouch! Trail Map: http://greenbrookracing.com/kingcoursemap.html

Past riders have said that they have had trouble getting directions off of mapquest. Mapquest will give you directions if you enter in "parks" under your destination in the "place of interest" box. Type in Lebanon, NJ in the appropriate places as well. Once the place of interest box pops up click on "r" and you will be able to click on Round Valley Recreation Area. From the east: Rte 78W to exit 20A to Rte 22W then follow the signs to Round Valley. From the west: Rte 78E to exit 18 to Rte 22E then follow the signs to Round Valley From the south: 31N to Rte 618.
