Multi-use trail. Hilly, rocky and somewhat technical in spots, but doable.

Ice Houce (not House) is a trail within Sawmill Hills, not a trail network.
Thank |4.5, great mix of trails, smooth and wide to "may be I'll walk down" wet boulders. A branch trail from "Flat Rock" (has stone fire pit) leads to a ravine so use caution. Also, in mid-October came across two bear cubs, The cubs paid no attention, but Mom watch me back away...
Thank |Great network of technically challenging and well maintained trails.
Thank |I love it here - also known as Saw Mill Hills. Tons of great, rocky, windy trails. You won't get bored!
Thank |Rode the Red Trail this morning -- some big rocks and muddy parts. A few logs and uphills where I had to get off the bike. But overall fun, totally deserted, and challenging. In general the Red Trail is very wide, though there are a few narrower parts. Because I'm not familiar with the trail system, I didn't explore the side trails, but they looked inviting! I'm an intermediate mountain biker... more experienced people would enjoy it much more, I think. But I'm definitely going back.
Thank |Rode here today. Trails are mixed with Ice House and Sawmill area. I parked at Florence Rec Fields and entered trails at the Armory at the end of Col Lavalley Ln. Trails were smooth and rolly. Did have parts with some pedal strike rocks. Overall a fun system with some good hrs of riding to be had.
Thank |This place is a gem due to its close proximity to downtown Northampton. It is in the process of expansion. The trails are a mox of newer single track and older double track that still sees off road use. The jeep eater trail earns ots name legitimately.
Thank |The single track is well thought out and takes advantage of the many rock piles and "turtle backs" that litter this area. Many rollers.
