Mountain Biking Outer Loop

  Add a review
#268 of 387 mountain bike trails in Wisconsin
#27,379 in the world

The Outer Loop of the Seminole Trails is primarily used as a warm-up ride for the nearby Quarry Ridge Trails or as a great beginner ride. It's short, but in those few miles grin-inducing rollers, berms, and flow fill every foot. To get there from Arrowhead Park's parking lot, just follow the Capital City Trail by taking a left into it from the park. You'll find the trails along its corridor.

Getting there
From where U.S. Highway 18 and 14 meet northwest of Fitchburg, head southwest on U.S. 18. Quickly take a right onto Summit Road. Then take a left onto Beltline Frontage Road. Once you find the roundabout under the highway, continue straight through and merge onto Verona Road. At the next intersection, stay straight into Allied Drive and continue until you see Lovell Lane on the right. Turn onto it. Once you turn left onto Chalet Gardens Road, parking should be at the end of the road.
