Mountain Biking Sheltowee Trace - Big Bend Section
#93 of 108 mountain bike trails in Kentucky
From the southern boundary of Natural Bridge State Park this road has been destroyed in an attempt to keep OHVs out of the area, but it has also made it difficult for other users to use as well. However, if you're into riding big jumps and drops you can fully utilize the tank traps as freeride features and have a fantastic time.
There are also some cool slickrock features north of Whites Branch Arch. This is an amazing area and should be visited more often. There is a huge network of roads in the area and there are lots of possibilities.
