The only way to the island is by military flight or commercial charter for island workers.
No singletrack just service roads. The entire island is about 2 mi x 4 mi and there are about 20 miles total of service roads. The perimeter road which hugs the shore around the entire island is the best. most of the interior is uninteresting. You can't bring a bike and the ones on the island are Wal-Mart specials. Also, weather on the island usually precludes riding either due to the cold/rain/snow, or constantly high winds. But it's a unique ride and worth doing it if on the island.
