Mountain Biking Silver Creek
#128 of 1,392 mountain bike trails in Colorado
Silver Creek is the singletrack trail that forms the classic descent from the Crest, and drops off the Continental Divide Trail/Colorado Trail Route. This is the direction to go for the classic Monarch Crest Ride.
Silver Creek is a raucous singletrack descent that seems to drop straight down the mountain side, eventually joining the creek that it takes its name from and then running along the creek to a junction with the gravel road and the beginning of the Rainbow Trail. The singletrack is quite technical in places, with plenty of chunky rocks, small drops, shale, braking bumps, and other gnarly obstacles to keep you entertained!

Thank |I love a techy highspeed mountain descent, and that's EXACTLY what Silver Creek is! I had an absolute blast while blasting down this trail, and just can't wait until I get to do it again!
