Mountain Biking Snow King Trail

**   Add a review
#141 of 256 mountain bike trails in Wyoming
#9,785 in the world

Begin at the bottom of the main chair lift at the Snow king chalet, and climb up the main doubletrack trail that crisscrosses the main slope. This is very steep, and not the best route to mountain bike to the top, although it is probably the most direct. Would be a very high speed descent back down.

Getting there
The resort looms above Jackson, all you have to do is go down to the end of Cache Dr. Park at the ski resort parking lot at the bottom of the lift.

Don't bother with this 4wd road up the ski slopes overlooking Jackson. Ferrins Trail is a better ride up the mountain - singletrack all the way with lots of switchbacks - but also grueling!

This is a tough, steep climb up the front of Snow King that is easily accessible from Jackson.
